Tanja's, of Freshtopia, Carrot Cake recipe is fabulous. I've made it myself and can't stop thinking about eating another slice. Check out their cross-country train adventure, it's making me rethink how I travel.

We just ran across Daryl Hannah's video blog (DH Love Life), and have been finding some good things there.
