The author is not helping their cause by making reference to Google being affiliated with the Apollo Alliance. Somehow the author believes that a "Big Brother" like business such as Google adds legitimacy to the Apollo Alliance.

Everyone wants clear energy, air, water and under shorts, however the Apollo Alliance is shrouding itself under a green flag to conceal it's true agenda. An agenda based on deceiving the American people, and turning America into a "Banana Republic."

When a life long Democrat like myself hears the term "Social Justice" I get all warm and fuzzy until I understand how and why this noble principle is being distorted and leveraged by self proclaimed Communists within our government to undermine America from within.

Van Jones and many members of the Apollo alliance truly do have very radical anti America views and are funded by George Soros who admitted to persuing regime change in countries such as Slovakia, Croatia, Georgia, and Yugoslavia. He has now set his sites on the US and uses groups such as The Apollo Alliance, Media Matters for America, the Tides Foundation, as well as Shadow governments to do so.

As someone else asked, just how many green jobs were created here or in any other country that have adopted this philosophy? People that follow his way of thinking are in for a big surprise. Van Jones is an "African American"why doesn't he go back to his roots and start this nonsense over there. He doesn't like America or anything about us so the easiest thing for him to do is to leave.

Apparently few of you paid enough attention to "get it". Beck's point is that the Apollo Alliance has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ENVIRONMENT OR GREEN JOBS - and he's right. The folks controlling it are a bunch of socialist/marxist/wealth redistribution wing nuts who are using the banner of environmentalism to hide their true intent - to crush capitalism under the burden of ever-increasing regulation and costs. Please note Mr. Kessler does not actually disprove any of Beck's claims - he merely points to what he sees as hyprocrisy. Under the guise of "green jobs", there will be many unwitting participants. Truth is, the founders of the organization - including Mr. Van Jones - are all on record as being anti-capitalistic proponents of wealth redistribution prior to their "rebirth" as greenies. Ironically, without capitalism, they wouldn't have any funding.

There are a lot of people I don't like, such as, Van Jones, Obama's former Green czar. This man supported the cop murderer Abu-Jamal who was convicted on the testimony of four witnesses. He also believed that President Bush was directly responsible for the attacks of 9/11 and signed a petition stating his belief called 9/11 Truth movement. He formed a black race orientated group called color of change, and then had them attack the sponsors of the Glenn Beck show because Beck was revealing the secret's about Van Jones.

The Hegelian Dialectic that is the common discourse of the American left absolutely ignors that Socialism, Communism, or Communitarianism do not work. To put anyone into a high office of responsibility in the U.S. deserves some investigation into the actual nominee. Van Jones was an arrested in that violent riot in CA some years ago, came out of jail as a communist (he is quoted, so there's no debate). He complains saying that the white community is poisoning the communities of blacks, hispanics, etc. (there's a soundbyte/video, so don't deny it). Just because the man wants to save some trees does not make him a hero. We can't turn a blind eye to his radical views and just hush them up. Van Jones was and is a radical. Period.
